Kailash Singh is Managing Director of Tefla's — the Mumbai-based B2B events organisation that founded and continues to produce GLOBOIL India, GLOBOIL International Dubai, GLOBOIL Asia, NutraNXT, the Maize & Millet Summit, and the Asia Africa Agri Alliance.

Over more than 25 years he has built Tefla's into India's most established producer of senior agri-commodity and FMCG-ingredient conferences. The portfolio convenes producers, refiners, traders, exchanges, banks, governments and certification bodies across multiple commodity verticals.

Under Kailash's leadership, GLOBOIL India has grown from its 1997 inaugural edition into the world's largest annual gathering of the global vegetable-oils trade — now in its 29th year and consistently attracting 2,000+ delegates from 60+ countries.

He is the principal commercial architect of the GLOBOIL platform, leading the sponsor and partner relationships that allow each edition to scale its programme, hospitality and Awards Gala. He brings a producer's eye for how the trade actually convenes — which sessions are needed, which ministries must be in the room, and what hospitality unlocks dealflow.
