Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund terms for GLOBOIL India 2026 are as follows.
- 30+ days before event start (on or before 29 August 2026): Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- 14–30 days before event start (30 August to 14 September 2026): 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 14 days before event start (from 15 September 2026): No refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
All hotel stay packages are non-refundable after confirmation, due to room-block commitments with The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, hotel refunds will be issued per the hotel's cancellation policy.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague from the same organisation at no extra cost, subject to written notification to events@teflas.com at least 48 hours before the event.
In the unlikely event that GLOBOIL India 2026 is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, all registration fees will be refunded in full (including the 10% processing fee). Hotel packages will be refunded per the hotel's cancellation policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 days.
Email events@teflas.com with your booking reference (format: GI26-XXXXXX) and reason for cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation within 2 working days.
