How do I register as a delegate?

Delegate registration is completed online at globoilindia.com/register. The wizard supports group bookings of up to 10 delegates per company in a single transaction. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Indian credit/debit cards and netbanking) and a confirmation email with invoice and ICS calendar invite is sent immediately on success.

How much does delegate registration cost?

Delegate fees vary by tier and timing. Indian delegates and foreign delegates have separate fee schedules, and Early Bird pricing applies until 15 June 2026. Is GST included in the registration fee?

All Indian delegate fees displayed on the registration page are inclusive of GST. Foreign delegates booking from outside India are not charged Indian GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically on payment success and is also emailed to the registered address.

What is the refund and transfer policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations received in writing more than 60 days before the event qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations received fewer than 60 days before the event are non-refundable. Free name changes (delegate transfers within the same company) are allowed up to 7 days before the event by emailing events@teflas.com.

Can I get an invoice or receipt before paying?

Yes. Companies that require a pro-forma invoice for internal approval before paying online can request one by emailing events@teflas.com with the company GSTIN, billing address and the number of delegates. We typically respond within one business day.

Is hotel accommodation included in the delegate fee?

Accepted Answer

No. The delegate fee covers conference access, food and beverage during conference hours, the Awards Gala and the Closing Lunch but does not include hotel accommodation. A negotiated GLOBOIL room rate is available at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake while inventory lasts; the booking link is shared in the confirmation email.

Do you provide visa support letters for foreign delegates?

Yes. Confirmed paid foreign delegates are eligible for an official visa support letter from Tefla's. After payment, email your full passport scan, company name and date of intended travel to events@teflas.com. Letters are issued within three business days. Tefla's does not assist with the visa application itself.

The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake is approximately 12 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Terminal 2). Travel time is typically 35–60 minutes depending on traffic. The hotel offers a paid airport pickup service that can be pre-booked.

GLOBOIL India 2026 is an in-person conference. Selected keynote sessions are recorded and made available to paid delegates after the event. There is no virtual delegate pass. The value of GLOBOIL is the room itself — three days of senior, in-person dealmaking.

Are the sessions recorded?

Accepted Answer

Selected plenary keynotes and analyst sessions are recorded and made available to paid delegates as on-demand videos within 30 days after the event. Roundtables, closed-door sessions and the Awards Gala are not recorded. Recording access is included in the standard delegate fee at no additional cost.

What is the dress code?

The conference dress code is business formal during sessions (suits, sarees, formal Indian wear) and black-tie or Indian formal for the Awards Gala on Wednesday evening. Floor-walk attire on the exhibition floor can be smart business casual. Mumbai weather in late September is warm and humid.

How can journalists request press accreditation?

Credentialed journalists, analysts and trade-press editors can request complimentary press accreditation by emailing events@teflas.com with proof of assignment (commissioning email or masthead listing) at least four weeks before the event. Accreditation includes session access, the press room, briefing materials and the Awards Gala.

The GLOBOIL Awards and the SEA Awards both follow a structured nomination and jury process. Categories, eligibility criteria and the nomination form are published on the Awards page.
