Every tariff includes shell scheme, fascia name board, carpet, chairs, table, spotlights and power. Prime-floor positioning (Area A, adjacent to the main conference hall) is included in every stand. Space is allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
Stand placement is confirmed within 48 hours of booking. A dedicated Exhibitor Relations Manager will call you to discuss preferred location, competitor adjacency, power and internet requirements, and finalise your stand number. Booking reserves your stand tier — specific allocation is done together with you.
