Atul Chaturvedi
Strategic mentor since the early editions. Chairs the APOA, connecting the Indian, Southeast Asian and global palm oil conversations.
Atul is also a confirmed speaker — view speaker profile →About Chaturvedi
Atul Chaturvedi is Chief Mentor of GLOBOIL India and Chairman of the Asian Palm Oil Alliance (APOA) — the bloc that unifies the palm oil industry voices of India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
A career of more than three decades in the agri-business and commodities sectors has placed him at the centre of every major Indian edible-oil policy conversation. He is a former Executive Chairman of Adani Wilmar Limited (now AWL Agri Business), where he was instrumental in scaling the Fortune brand into India's largest edible-oil brand.
Chaturvedi has also led the Solvent Extractors' Association of India as President, and is a sought-after voice on policy, sustainability, and trade-flow questions at international fora. As GLOBOIL's Chief Mentor, he provides editorial direction on the multi-track programme — particularly the policy, sustainability and producer-country sessions.
His chairmanship of the APOA has positioned the GLOBOIL platform as the meeting point where Asian producers and consumers debate the shared future of the palm complex.
