Mr. Nadir Godrej

Mr. Nadir Godrej is the Chairman Emeritus of the Godrej Industries Group, a founding pillar of the Godrej family of companies — one of India's most respected multinational conglomerates spanning chemicals, animal feed, agri-inputs, edible oils, palm plantations and consumer goods since 1897.

A chemical engineer by training, Mr. Godrej has been instrumental in shaping the Group's agri, edible-oils and chemicals strategy for four decades. Under his stewardship the Godrej portfolio has grown into a globally diversified business with a deep presence across the Indian palm oil and vegetable oils value chain — from plantations through processing, refining, trading and consumer brands.

At GLOBOIL India 2026 he joins as **Guest of Honour** at the Sustainability session, bringing the perspective of one of India's most senior industry statesmen at a moment when the country's edible oils architecture is being redefined by biofuel policy, import diversification and the scale-up of domestic oil palm cultivation under the National Mission on Edible Oils — Oil Palm (NMEO-OP).
