Mr. G J V Murali Mohan is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the Oils & Fats Industry. His career is characterised by a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle — from initial sales and installation to the crucial stages of commissioning and production. This deep technical foundation, combined with strong commercial acumen, has allowed him to effectively drive both operational efficiency and significant business growth throughout his career.

He currently serves as General Manager – South Asia Region at FAMSUN Oils & Fats Engineering, where he is instrumental in shaping strategic growth initiatives, fostering robust client engagement, and spearheading the adoption of advanced technologies across the diverse markets within South Asia.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Mohan spent 20 years with Desmet India Corporation Pvt Ltd — a decade in the global installation and commissioning of oils & fats projects, followed by a decade in sales & marketing, where he built strong client relationships and strategically expanded market presence for the company. His career also includes contributions to prominent organisations such as Amrit Vanaspati Ltd, Gowthami Solvent Oils Pvt Ltd, Navcom Ltd, and PEG Consultants and Engineers Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Mohan's expertise spans a wide spectrum of the edible oil sector — production, processing and refining technologies — with a proven track record of successfully delivering numerous projects across various geographies. At GLOBOIL India 2026 he presents in the Exhibitor Technology Showcase on Day 3, bringing FAMSUN's next-generation processing and refining architecture to the Indian edible-oil floor.
