H.E. Ms. Dyah Roro Esti Widya Putri serves as the Vice Minister of Trade for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, the country that supplies more than half of the world's palm oil and remains India's single largest edible oils source.

As Guest of Honour at GLOBOIL India 2026, she represents the Indonesian government's position on the country's landmark single-gate export architecture, the B50 biodiesel mandate rollout, the Indonesian Palm Oil Bourse's evolving price discovery role, and the bilateral India–Indonesia palm oil trade corridor.
