Andrii Paladii

Andrii Paladii is the President and Trading Director for Vegetable Oils and Proteins at Inerco Trade SA, the Swiss trading arm of Ukrainian agribusiness group KERNEL. He is responsible for the commercial side of the Group's oilseed crushing business and its vegetable oils and oilseed meals trading activities.

His experience combines physical commodity trading, crush economics and commercial strategy across the Black Sea, European and South American markets. KERNEL is one of Ukraine's largest vertically integrated agribusiness groups — a global leader in sunflower oil that accounted in FY2025 for approximately 7% of global sunflower oil production and 10% of global sunflower oil exports, and roughly 27% of Ukraine's sunflower oil exports.

The Group operates around 4 million tonnes of annual crushing capacity in sunflower-seed equivalent, a major network of export terminals, extensive inland grain storage, one of Ukraine's largest private grain railcar fleets, and approximately 530,000 hectares of farmland — the largest farming operator in Ukraine. India is one of KERNEL's most important export markets and ranks among the leading destinations in the Group's export portfolio by volume, with sunflower oil forming the core of its trade with the country.
